Review the full picture.
We review cash flow, business history and payment commitments. Requirements depend on the facility.

Understand the terms.
Compare total cost, payment frequency, term and payoff conditions before signing.
- 04 / FINAL CALL
Confirm the next step.
Complete the final review and confirm funding conditions. Approval and timing are not guaranteed.
Can a buyout reduce payment pressure?
It can, when a new facility replaces existing advances with a more manageable payment structure. A lower payment does not always mean a lower total cost. We review remaining balances, payoff terms and cash flow before comparing a buyout with keeping your current obligations.
How does a line of credit differ from an MCA or loan?
A line of credit lets you draw from an available limit as needed, subject to its terms. A loan generally provides one lump sum with scheduled repayments. An MCA provides an advance against future business revenue and uses a different repayment structure. Compare total cost, payment frequency and flexibility—not just the amount offered.
Can I get funded if I already have open positions?
Possibly. Existing advances or loans do not automatically rule out a review. We need your current balances, payment amounts and how much has been paid down. We assess whether another facility is sustainable or whether a buyout makes more sense. Additional funding is not guaranteed.
How fast can capital be wired to my account?
Approved clients may be funded the same day once final conditions are satisfied. Timing depends on the facility, complete documents, verification, bank cutoff times and provider approval. SBA and more involved loan reviews take longer. We will confirm the expected timeline for your specific offer.
Will checking my options affect my personal credit?
Credit requirements vary by product and provider. Ask whether a soft or hard inquiry is required before authorizing a credit check. An inquiry or preliminary review is not the same as an approval, and we cannot promise that every financing option is credit-impact-free.
What do I need to submit to get an offer?
Start with your application and recent business bank statements. Include your requested amount, intended use and current funding obligations. Depending on the facility, the reviewer may request tax returns, financial statements, identification, invoices or equipment details. We confirm the required documents for your file.
Can I pay off early without penalty?
That depends on the agreement. Some offers have early-payoff discounts; others have prepayment charges or a fixed payoff amount. Ask for the written payoff schedule and any discount or penalty before signing. Do not assume early repayment automatically reduces the cost.
What can the funds be used for? (Payroll, materials, expansion)
Common business uses include payroll, inventory, materials, equipment, marketing and expansion. The permitted uses depend on the facility and agreement. Tell us what you want to fund so we can review a structure that fits the purpose.
What will my payments and total cost look like?
Before committing, review the amount you receive, all fees, total repayment, payment amount, payment frequency and term. A daily payment and a monthly payment affect cash flow differently. We help you compare the full structure—not just a headline rate or funding amount.
Can I review options if my credit is less than perfect?
Yes, you can request a review. Some facilities place more weight on business cash flow, while others require stronger personal credit or additional security. Previous defaults and existing obligations matter. Eligibility, pricing and available structures depend on the complete file.
Will you sell my information or send it to a broker chain?
We do not sell your inquiry information. Inquiries are received directly by One Stop Capital and stored in our internal systems. Relevant information may be shared with a financing provider as needed to review your requested facility; ask us who will review your file.
Does a preliminary match mean I am approved?
No. A match or eligibility check is an initial indication only. Final approval, funding amount, pricing and timing require underwriting, verification and the provider's conditions. Review the written offer and agreement before committing.
No matching questions. Try another search or category.
