On certain products, such as credit cards and term loans, compensation is success-based: a referral or placement fee is owing only after funding closes or the card is issued and the line is live, with no upfront cost to the borrower. This is not an all-products fee policy. For the card program, the one-time referral fee is 8%, payable only after the card is issued, access is live and the credit line is confirmed. Confirm product-specific costs in writing.
