What Your Business Needs to Qualify for Funding Through One Stop Capital Partners
What we look at
- Average monthly deposits: total money coming into your business checking account each month. This is usually the first number reviewed, because it shows how the business can support payments.
- Time in business: how long the business has been operating, measured from its start date. Some structures are available to younger businesses; others, such as SBA loans, usually expect a longer history.
- Owner credit score: an estimate is enough to start. Credit matters more for some products, such as SBA loans and business credit cards, and less for others, such as invoice factoring, where the customer's payment history carries weight.
- Existing advances or loans: how many open balances you have and what they cost each week or month.
- Use of funds: what the money is for, such as payroll, inventory, equipment, expansion or paying off advances.
- Industry: some industries have fewer provider options. The loan builder flags these up front.
- Invoices: if you bill other businesses, unpaid invoices can open working-capital options even when other factors are thinner.
Documents to have ready
- The last 3–4 months of business bank statements
- Business legal name, entity type, start date and EIN
- Owner details for everyone with significant ownership, and their ownership percentage
- For SBA and larger requests: business and personal tax returns, financial statements and a schedule of existing debt
- For equipment: a quote or invoice from the seller
Having these ready is the single biggest factor in how quickly a file can be reviewed.
How to check your fit before you apply
The One Stop Capital Partners loan builder asks seven quick questions: amount, monthly deposits, time in business, estimated credit, open advances, use of funds and industry. It then shows which structures may fit and illustrative payment ranges. It does not pull credit, does not ask for contact details, and your answers stay in your browser until you choose to apply.
The application takes three short chapters: the business, the money and the owner. Submitting it does not commit you to anything and does not guarantee approval. Amount, rate, term and approval are set only after provider underwriting and final written terms.
Frequently asked questions
What does my business need to qualify for funding through One Stop Capital Partners?
Steady deposits into a business bank account, an operating history that fits the structure you want, and a credit and existing-debt picture that supports repayment. The exact requirements vary by product, and the loan builder shows which structures may fit before you apply.
Do I need perfect credit?
No. Credit is one factor among several. Monthly deposits, time in business, existing debt and, for invoice-based options, your customers' payment history also matter.
Will checking my options hurt my credit?
No. The loan builder does not pull credit. Any credit review happens later, during provider underwriting, and you will know before that step.
What documents do I need to apply?
Usually your last 3–4 months of business bank statements, basic business details including EIN and entity type, and owner information. SBA and larger requests also need tax returns and financial statements.
